Expo caravan in Šabac

From Topola to Šabac, tradition travels with the Etno network and the Expo caravan.
As part of the Serbian house at the Expo caravan, the Ethno network visited Topola yesterday, where those interested had the opportunity to get to know the traditional embroidery techniques, embroidery on the jerdjef and cross-stitching on cardboard.
Today, the caravan arrived in Šabac, where a workshop was held on wool weaving, an increasingly popular technique that our members keep and pass on.
Today's program in Šabac also included the awarding of certificates to the members of the Kalinovac association for the basic knowledge acquired during the successfully completed wilderness training.
From embroidery to wool, from Poplar to Šabac, the Expo Caravan continues to bring people together around the knowledge, skills and handicrafts that form part of our intangible cultural heritage.
