Within the project \\\'Employment in rural areas\\\', financed by the European Union Delegation in Serbia, on August 30. Ethno network held a meeting with representatives of the City of Zajecar, representatives of the Tourist Organization of Zajecar and interested handicraft manufacturers.

Iva Radić, office manager executive Ethno Network, presented the previous work on the project and upcoming activities such as: the organization of specialized training and seminars Zajecar, the participation of partners in an exhibition of miniatures and so on. A number of possibilities and forms of cooperation between local governments and manufacturers of handicrafts were also presented (allocation of space to use, participation in events, potential of handicrafts as protocol gifts ...).

Snezana Jovanovic, project manager of Ethno Network, presented the project to potential participants and explained the necessity of their organizing into associations or cooperatives. Reasons for this were further explained: higher production potential, making stock, training and experience exchange.

Elements of the media plan were also presented and it was said that they should familiarize the public with the project \\\'Employment in rural areas\\\' and the work of Ethno Network. The project will be presented online through news on web pages of Ethno Network and partners on the project, the publication of news on social networks and most visited web portals.

Representatives of Zaječar, noted that local government will support all activities in the project related to the City of Zajecar, and be available to participants for advice and assistance in promoting their handicrafts.
